Some time late last year, Donnie Brake, President of SEA Partners and Doug Vander Ark, a senior Board member of the organization mentioned that they would make a trip to Boma, Southern Sudan. It was difficult to for me to believe that they would actually make it to come. In January this year, it seemed like things were taking shape for the trip to happen. We continued communication by email and eventually the trip happened in March 2006. For me it was a dream come true to see the two American gentlemen dare the insecurity, the heat, and the little of everything to come Sudan. Personally I can only attribute the success of this trip to the Lord. I had been to Boma once in November 2005. What I saw was not what I had seen in Sudan for the past seven years I had been working in that country. The situation in this part of Sudan took me to another level of commitment in ministry. I felt like I would give my whole self to the people of Boma. They need everything that some of us have taken for granted. The coming of Donnie and Doug was for me, a confirmation that the Lord wanted us to do something in Boma. It was a conformation that something was surely going to happen that would benefit the people of Boma. It was also a confirmation that the people of Boma could trust me when I told them I would return to Boma with some friends who were interested in helping the people of Boma. Before I visited there had been many people and organizations who had promised to go back but they have not made it to date. The Lord wants to use you and me to touch a life in Sudan. May be if you gave $2 every month it will grow to educate one child for one year in Sudan. If you gave $10 every month it would grow to buy 20 text books for the school in one year. If you and your family or your organization gave up to $10,000 it would build a class room that will accommodate 45 children. Please come along and help us to help a child in Sudan have access to education and the knowledge of God.

Thank you for your partnership
